"La Alhaja" steht auf
einer kleinen Anhöhe mit herrlichem Meerblick in der kleinen
Comunidad "Florida Park"
in ruhiger, Park ähnlicher Umgebung mit einem großem
Gemeinschaftspool im Zentrum. Zur Stadt und den Stränden sind es
ca. 15 - 20 Gehminuten, zum nächsten Restaurant 200 m.
Das Haus hat
oben 2 Schlafzimmer für 4 Personen, 1 Duschbad, ein Wohnzimmer
mit amerikanischer Küche, insgesamt ca. 73 qm.
Zusätzlich
gibt es unten eine Einliegerwohnung(ca. 39 qm), die
zugemietet werden kann oder leer und
verschlossen bleibt. Sie
besteht aus Doppelschlafzimmer( 2 Personen) mit TV- Ecke, Bad
und Küche.
Zum Haus gehören
außerdem mehrere Terrassen, ein Carport und ein subtropischer
Garten mit 2 kleinen Fischteichen.
Die Ausstattung
umfasst:
ZH mit Warmwasser, Internetzugang, Sat - TV, Radio mit CD-Spieler, Waschmaschine, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle, Toaster, Ventilatoren, Bügeleisen usw.
Die Mitnahme von Haustieren ist i. a. nicht
möglich!
Betreuung vor Ort.
Wichtig: Sollte
der Bungalow in Ihrem Urlaubszeitraum schon belegt sein, besteht die
Möglichkeit einen gleichwertigen Bungalow in derselben Anlage zu
mieten.
The corner-bungalow
"La Alhaja" is located
on a little hill with excellent sea view in the Comunidad "Florida
Park", a small estate of
residential holiday homes in a quiet, park type area with a large
swimming pool in the centre. The town and the beaches can be reached
in 15
- 20 min. walking distance; the next restaurant is only 200 m away.
The
upper part has 2 bedrooms for 4 people, a bathroom and a living room
with American kitchen, in total 73 qm.
The
lower part has an additional apartment (39 qm) which can
also be rented, or it stays empty
and closed. It consists of
1 bedroom (2 people) with TV- corner, bathroom and kitchen.
In
addition several terraces, a carport and a subtropical garden with
two small fish ponds belong to the house.
The house is equipped with:
Central heating, Sat-TV, internet access, radio with CD-player, washing machine, refrigerator, coffee - machine, microwave, toaster, several ventilators, flat-iron etc.
Pets are in general not allowed!

Important: In case that the bungalow is already booked in your preferred period you can rent a similar house with the same standards in the same area.
 Le bungalow du coin « La Alhaja » est situé sur une colline avec une vue merveilleuse sur la mer dans la petite urbanisation « Florida Park » dans un endroit calme avec vue sur un parc et avec une piscine commune au milieu. Les villages et la plage sont à 20 minutes à pied, le restaurant le plus proche se trouve à 200 m.
La maison a 2 chambres à coucher pour 4 personnes à l`étage, 1 salle de bain et un salon avec cuisine américaine, en tout 73 m2. En plus il y a en bas un appartement ( 39 m2) que l`on peut louer en supplément. Si non, il reste inoccupé et fermé. Il se compose d`une chambre à coucher ( 2 personnes) avec TV, un salle de bain et une cuisine. Plusieurs terrasses, un parking, un jardin subtropical avec 2 petits étangs avec des poissons font aussi partie de la maison.
La maison est équipée de : Chauffage central, télévision de satellite, internet accès, radio avec CD, lave-linge, réfrigérateur, cafetière, micro-onde, grille-pain, fer à repasser, ventilateurs etc..
Généralement les animaux domestiques ne sont pas acceptés!

Important : Si le bungalow est déjà occupé dans votre période de vacances, il y a la possibilité de louer une autre maison, que a la même qualité.
 El bungalow de rincon "La Alhaja" esta situada encima de una pequeña colina con vista magnifica al mar en la pequeña Comunidad "Florida Park", dentro de un área tranquila, parecida de un parque con la piscina en el centro.En 15 - 20 minutos se puede ir a pie a Moraira y a las playas, y el próximo restaurante hay en solo 200 metros.
La casa tiene por arriba 2 dormitorios para 4 personas, 1 baño, un salón con cocina americana, en total 73 m2. Además, por bajo hay un apartamento( 39 m2), que se puede alquilar o si no, queda vacio y cerrado.Tiene un 1 dormitorio(2 personas) con rincon-TV, un baño y una cocina. La casa incluye también varias terrazas, una cochera y un jardin subtropical con 2 pequeños estanques con peces.
La casa esta equipada con: calefacción central, televisión por satélite, internet acceso, radio con CD, lavadora, frigorífico, cafetera, microondas, tostador, hornillo de huevos, plancha, ventiladores etc..
¡En general no se permite animales domésticos!

Importante: En caso de que el bungalow esté ocupada ya, hay la posibilidad de alquilar un otro bungalow con la misma calidad.
