Description:
Our beautifully situated, detached house "Los Leudis" is on a small hill partly covered with pine trees with a wonderful view of Moraira and the sea. The house is located away from the main roads in a quiet side street. It is about a 10-15 minute walk to the town and the beaches, and 400 m to the nearest supermarket/restaurant.
The house (approx. 140 sqm) has 2 bedrooms for 4 people, 1 separate apartment for another 2 people, 3 bathrooms (2 en-suite), a modern kitchen with utility room, a large living room with dining and living area, a glazed and several open terraces, a swimming pool (4x8) with shower and brick barbecue house, a lockable carport in front of the house and a subtropical garden. The house was furnished in a cozy German-Spanish style.
The facilities include:
Central heating with hot water, internet access (fast Wi-Fi), air conditioning, satellite/smart TV, video, radio with CD player, washing machine, dishwasher, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, egg cooker, fans, iron, etc. The windows have double glazing, mosquito nets and shutters and are secured with iron grilles.
Pets are not allowed!
