Description:
The villa "Casa Nicole" is a hidden gem in the hills of Moraira in a quiet cul-de-sac location with fantastic panoramic views of the valley, the Cumbre del Sol and the sea. Built on a hill, the villa benefits from a 180 degree view. The house is just a few minutes' walk from Sol Park and the associated tennis club. It is about 10-15 minutes' walk to the town and the beaches, and about 400 m to the nearest restaurant and pharmacy. The house has 3 bedrooms for a total of 6 people, with the bedroom on the 1st floor also having a bathroom and balcony. There is also a modern kitchen, a large living room, a dining area, open and covered terraces, a swimming pool (4x8) with shower and a highlight for every barbecue fan: a large covered barbecue house with space for up to 15 people, sufficient parking space on the driveway and a very beautiful Mediterranean garden. The house was furnished in a modern German-Spanish style.
The facilities include:
Central heating with hot water, internet access (fast WiFi with 1GB fiberglass, air conditioning, satellite TV, (Amazon Prime etc. capable), washing machine, dishwasher, large modern refrigerator with freezer compartment, coffee machine, microwave, kettle, toaster, fans, iron, 2 bathrooms including bathtub with massage function, etc. The windows have double glazing and shutters and are secured with iron grilles.
Bringing pets is not possible!
